Create a file latestfile.sh:
#!/bin/bash ls -lrt "$1" | tail -n1
Make it executable
chmod +x ./latestfile.sh
Then execute the following command:
find . -mindepth 1 -type d -printf "%T+ %p/" -exec ./latestfile.sh {} \;
